JGY is built on the Youan Cloud IoT PaaS, an in-house IoT platform capability developed by Guangzhou Youan Information Technology Co., Ltd. The PaaS supports tens of millions of device connections, with over one million devices already online, providing a high-concurrency, highly available cloud foundation for construction-equipment IoT. On the terminal side, an industrial CAN bus (125k/250k/500k baud, compatible with multiple OEM protocols) handles data acquisition and control, with FOTA remote firmware upgrades so devices can evolve online over their lifecycle. The cloud is built on six server clusters covering North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South China, and East China for就近 access, low latency, and high reliability. Youan also offers full value-chain capability — from core-board development, PCBA design, embedded development, and mass production to system customization and operations — reducing customer in-house development by over 70%.
