The software platform spans three terminals that together cover the full equipment IoT and rental workflow: the Web dashboard handles heavy operations such as data dashboards, device management, risk-control locking, maintenance center, and customer and operations management; the JGY App serves field and on-the-go scenarios with device monitoring, track replay, scan-to-add, and risk and alert handling; the Rental Management App carries the full rental workflow — contract, entry/exit, reconciliation, settlement, close-out, and e-signature. Data syncs in real time across all three terminals, with layered role-based permissions, fitting deployments from a single store to chain rental networks.
