T-BOX Standard (YOOAI-GC-DT-CAN)
A cost-effective CAN acquisition and positioning terminal
The T-BOX Standard (model YOOAI-GC-DT-CAN) is a 4G + GNSS data acquisition and communication terminal from JGY for construction-machinery remote monitoring and rental management, offering 1-channel CAN bus acquisition and optional Bluetooth. Compatible with multiple machinery CAN protocols (125k/250k/500k baud), it pairs GPS/BeiDou/GLONASS/GALILEO multi-constellation positioning with FOTA remote upgrades to cover condition acquisition, location tracking, remote diagnostics, and geofencing — a cost-effective upgrade path.
Core Features
1-Channel CAN Bus
Supports 125k/250k/500k baud rates and multiple machinery CAN protocols for stable acquisition of key working-condition data.
Optional Bluetooth
Optional near-field Bluetooth for on-site debugging, parameter configuration, and local maintenance without network dependency.
4G Global Cellular
4G global cellular (10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up) — SIM and go, broad coverage, ideal for multi-region deployment.
Multi-GNSS Positioning
GPS + BeiDou + GLONASS + GALILEO joint positioning — accurate, fast first fix, and globally usable.
9-36V Industrial Grade
Wide-voltage supply suits machinery electrical systems; 48-55 mA draw with ESD, surge, and burst protection.
FOTA Remote Upgrade
FOTA remote firmware upgrade and multi-mode configuration for unified large-scale operations.
Typical Use Cases
- Condition acquisition and positioning for aerial work platforms (scissor, articulating, straight booms)
- Location tracking and geofencing for concrete pumps, mobile screens, and wreckers
- Remote monitoring for small and mid-sized equipment rental fleets
- Cost-effective connectivity for batch machinery upgrade projects
Selection Guide
If you only need CAN acquisition and optional Bluetooth, the Standard (CAN) is the most cost-effective. For relay lock-off, AD sampling, ACC input, and optional WiFi, choose the Premium CTF. For basic CAN acquisition only, choose the Lite CL. Provide your equipment model to confirm protocol compatibility.
FAQ
Does the Standard support remote lock-off?
The Standard focuses on CAN acquisition and positioning and has no relay output. For rental risk-control lock-off, choose the Premium CTF.
Is Bluetooth standard?
Bluetooth is optional and can be configured per project to support on-site commissioning and maintenance.
How are CAN protocols adapted?
125k/250k/500k baud rates are supported and major machinery protocols are compatible. Provide your protocol document to confirm.
Can it be used overseas?
Yes. 4G global cellular and multi-GNSS support global deployment — already deployed in Saudi Arabia, Thailand, South Korea, Russia, and more.
